Welcome to SQRL Smart Labels ("SQRL," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website or using our QR label services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders and Payments

• All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due at checkout via secure payment providers.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Product Accuracy

We aim to display our labels and products as accurately as possible, but colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or print variations.

Smart Label Use

• Each label includes a unique QR code that links to a registration profile.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and current. SQRL cannot guarantee the return of lost items that are unregistered or incorrectly linked.

Fundraising and Partner Orders

If you order through a participating fundraiser or organization, a portion of your purchase may be shared with that partner. Details are available on our Fundraising page.

Intellectual Property

All SQRL designs, logos, and website content are owned by SQRL Smart Labels and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

SQRL is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, data loss, or lost items.

In no case shall our total liability exceed the purchase price of your order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
